1½ cups flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup brown sugar, packed
¾ cup butter or margarine, softened
½ cup sugar
1½ teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1½ cups hazelnuts, toasted, skin removed, coarsely chopped
1½ cups chocolate chips
4 bars (1.4 ounces each) chocolate covered English toffee, chopped
