Haricot Verte, Macadamia and Prosciutto Wraps

A delectable appetizer! Thin slices of prosciutto are stuffed with green beans and toasted macadamia halves that can be perfectly paired with a Barber, Pinot Grigio or Valpolicella Classico wine.

Ingredients

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

½ cup pecan meal

½ cup light mayonnaise

2 tablespoons imitation bacon bits

1 tablespoon minced onions

Directions

  1. Blend well or put in food processor briefly.
  2. Spread on crackers, rye bread or celery sticks.
